Get Fit Maryland Registration: March 20-31, 2006

To receive your log books, your free 30-day Merritt Athletic Club membership, and other special incentives, you must register between March 20th and March 31st 2006.

During registration, you will be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PAR-Q). The PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start. We'll also check your weight, blood pressure and body mass index (BMI).

Registration Locations:

Visit one of the ten Merritt Athletic Club locations at these times during the registration period:

• Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.— noon or 5 p.m.— 8 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m. —12 p.m.
